With a full set of OTA’s, voluntary work outs AND full camp, the future looks promising for the face of the Panthers. His confession to YAHOOSports that he pouted and moped a little too much was good to see. Can you imagine if and when he puts it ALL together? The bar is set really high for Andrew Luck and Robert Griffin III. Good luck.
Looks like an Ernie Barnes painting.

David West is a grown man and grown men don’t slap five
I enjoy David West, I really do, but you can slap a kid up even if you just lost.
I can’t wait until we make a really, really, big deal of this.
Getting a bit chippy!
The Orlando Magic have announced today that Stan Van Gundy has been relieved of his coaching duties (their words) and Otis Smith has left as the team’s general manager.
The news isn’t necessarily that surprising since Van Gundy said that Dwight Howard wanted him fired in an early April media session. It’s safe to assume that Magic ownership are trying to keep Howard happy.
It’ll be interesting to see if Van Gundy jumps back into coaching or if he’ll join his brother Jeff in the broadcast booth.

Kevin Garnett is averaging 20 points, 11 boards and close to 2 blocks per game so far in the play offs. He’s improved those numbers in the 2nd round of the Eastern Conference vs. the 76ers to 24 and 12. Whatever this guy is eating or drinking is what I need in my life right now. He’s turned back the clock to surprise everybody of his play. It’s good to see.
